We had a great stay at Luminor Hotel Jemursari. The room was always clean and neat, and the hotel had a fresh and modern feel to it. The breakfast menu was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We were impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the awesome and beautiful interior of the hotel. The check-in process was fast and easy, and we found the beds to be very comfortable. We also appreciated the various international TV channels available, and the breakfast spread was amazing with plenty of options from Western to Indonesian cuisine. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, the housekeeping staff were prompt and friendly, and the location was perfect for attending a wedding.
Everything is what we need and want.

The breakfast options were pretty good with decent variety. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh sheets but the cold atmosphere was not one to brag about and it was a challenge to adjust to the cold environment. , the location was great, not too far and not too close to the center, an easy walk or short taxi ride to most attractions. One of the benefits was not having to worry about lift safety as the room key card was required to gain access.
The staff were not very welcoming or friendly, especially during the xmas weekend, where other hotels make more of an effort. The lack of Christmas spirit was felt throughout the hotel, with no decorations or atmosphere to celebrate the holiday.

The hotel is located in an area with limited options for shopping or dining out, but it's very close to the airport. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was impressive, with a variety of Western and Indonesian dishes, and the hotel staff was friendly and attentive.
Some guests had trouble communicating with staff who didn't speak English well.
